We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use BabyPilot for private, non-commercial purposes. Simple as that.
This means:

4. Your Account = Your Responsibility
Creating your account:
- Email + password (keep them safe)
- Personal use only (no sharing)
- You're responsible for all activity
Security breach? Contact support@babypilot.ai immediately. We'll lock it down within 2 hours.
5. Premium: Transparent Pricing, Easy Cancellation

Premium Features:
- Price: €9.99/month or €89/year
- Includes: Unlimited Helen's Whisper, Sleep Coach Light, BabyPulse
- Trial: 7 days free (cancel anytime)
- Billing: Through App Store or Google Play (includes VAT)
- Cancellation: Stop 24 hours before renewal in your app settings
No withdrawal rights: Digital content is available immediately (EU law). But you can cancel future billing anytime.
6. Continuous Improvement
We update BabyPilot regularly to serve you better.
What to expect:

- Major changes: 30 days advance notice
- Service interruptions: Scheduled for 2-5 AM CET
7. Fair Use & Account Suspension
We'll suspend accounts that:
- Attempt hacking or system abuse
- Violate Danish law or harm others
- Use the service commercially without agreement
- Share harmful or illegal content
If suspended: We'll email you why. Appeal within 14 days to appeals@babypilot.ai.
8. Who Owns What
You own:
- Your data and entries
- Your baby's information
- Your contributed insights (until anonymized)
We own:
- The BabyPilot platform and design
- Helen's Knowledge Vault (collective wisdom)
- Our algorithms and technology
Your grant to us: Limited license to process your data per our Privacy Policy. That's it.
9. Electronic Communication is Legal
Under Danish law, our electronic agreements and communications are legally binding. No paper needed.
